Description

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté thinly sliced garlic and chili peppers. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. Deglaze with white wine, adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve on a plate, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
