Description

Sauté ground beef in oil with onion. Season the meat with salt and pepper, add crushed tomatoes, grated carrot, chopped celery stalks, and tomato purée. Deglaze with red wine and add water. Simmer the mixture. Finally, enrich the ragù with butter and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with pasta. When serving, sprinkle with grated Gran Moravia cheese and garnish with fresh basil.
