Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Sauté finely chopped onion and Parma ham in olive oil until translucent. Add grated Parmesan cheese, cream, and peas, and cook together. Add the cooked pasta and mix well to combine the cream with the pasta. Serve with fresh basil.
