Description

Grind the chicken meat finely, add salt, pepper, onion, starch, egg, and breadcrumbs, and mix everything together. Form patties and fill them with processed cheese mixed with finely chopped ham, wrap into a ball, and gently flatten. Then coat in sifted flour, beaten eggs with milk, and panko breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.
