Cut the beef into cubes and place it on a base of onions. Add garlic and ginger, then sauté together. Add red curry paste, curry powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, chili, honey, lemon juice, sugar, and salt to the meat. Pour in water and simmer the meat until tender. Remove the cooked meat. Thicken the sauce with cornmeal mixed with water and simmer until thickened. Return the braised meat to the sauce and adjust seasoning as needed.
