Sauté chopped onion, tomato paste, and canned tomatoes in oil, then add bay leaf, allspice, whole peppercorns, and flour, and sauté together. Pour in the broth, whisk thoroughly, and simmer. Cook the pasta rice separately in salted water. Strain the soup and season with salt, vinegar, and sugar. Add the pasta to the soup when serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
