Description

Sauté the chopped onion in oil, add ground beef and garlic, and sauté until browned. Add fresh and canned tomatoes, pour in the broth, and simmer until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and add chopped basil, sweeten lightly if needed. When serving, sprinkle the mixture with grated Gran Moravia cheese.
