Description

Cut the chicken into strips, coat them in starch and beaten egg. Season with curry powder and ground black pepper, then quickly fry in oil. Add the chopped onion, cabbage, leek, paprika, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened. Splash with white wine and season with Vegeta, salt, sugar, and soy sauce. Thicken with dissolved starch. Simmer briefly and serve immediately.
