Description

We thoroughly wash and clean chicken thighs, then marinate them in chili seasoning, thyme, salt, and BBQ sauce. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a gastronorm container, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with water, and bake until golden brown. Mix torn salads with cherry tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and gently toss. Serve immediately alongside the roasted thighs
