Pound the turkey breast slices (150 g each) until tender, season with salt, a light sprinkle of pepper, and barbecue seasoning. Separately, prepare the filling using spinach leaves, grated blue cheese, and 1/3 of the chopped onion. Place the filling on a slice of meat, roll it up, and place it in a greased baking dish. Lightly sprinkle with barbecue seasoning, add liquid, and bake. Remove the rolls, add the onion, and sauté until golden. Then add flour, sauté, and pour in the broth. Simmer for at least an hour. Season the sauce to taste and strain it over the rolls.
