We separate the iceberg lettuce leaves and thoroughly rinse them under cold running water, then tear them into larger pieces. Place the lettuce in a bowl to one side and add sliced cucumber. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into wedges, which are placed next to the cucumber. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and place them next to the cucumber. Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar, lightly salt, pepper, and put it in a small container with a lid. Add the container with the dressing to the center of the salad.
