Description

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water. Rinse, drain, and toss with butter. Add the egg mix, sugar, and raisins to the cottage cheese. Mix the cooked noodles with the flavored cottage cheese, then gently fold in the egg whites whipped to stiff peaks. Grease a baking dish with butter, coat with breadcrumbs, and spread the noodle and cottage cheese mixture in it. Drizzle the pudding with butter, pour over the egg mix with milk, and bake until golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
