Description

In oil, sauté chopped onions, add bell pepper, caraway seeds, soup seasoning, and sliced oyster mushrooms. Sauté and deglaze with broth. Simmer until the oyster mushrooms are tender. Prepare a roux of golden color from flour and oil. Thicken the soup, season with salt, garlic, pepper, and finally add crushed marjoram. Adjust seasoning with soup seasoning.
