Where can I buy a Green Cup and where can I use it?

The cup can be purchased in all Škoda Auto race restaurants, kiosks and cafés. There are 2 sizes on offer: 0.2 litres for CZK 79 and 0.3 litres for CZK 89. At the point of sale you can put your own signature with an indelible marker. You can use it wherever a drink is offered in your own cup (restaurants, express kiosks, self-service coffee kiosks, cafés and most vending machines).

How can it be that a restaurant no longer has my favourite food in stock?

This can either be because the demand for a particular dish is greater than expected, or because a large number of external employees come to the restaurant, about whom we are not informed in advance.

If I don't eat out one day, can I eat two meals the next day with an allowance?

Yes, you are entitled to a meal allowance for every day you work within a calendar month. However, unused allowances are not carried over to the next month.

Do I get an allowance for the main course if I eat soup?

You are entitled to an allowance within a 7.5-hour shift.

Boarding school students from an external company no longer receive TICKET RESTAURANT meal vouchers, but have tickets. Can they use them in the GTH restaurants?

Restaurants are currently not allowed to accept meal cards, but only meal vouchers, cash or credit cards.

I suffer from coeliac disease. Can I eat at your restaurant?

We recommend that you always ask the counter staff or the manager whether a particular dish contains gluten, and if so, whether it is present at a level that you can tolerate. It may indeed be trace elements in flavourings such as soy sauce or ketchup, and it does not necessarily have to be flour. Under our current operating conditions (all food is prepared in one kitchen), we cannot introduce a completely gluten-free diet, for which there are strict rules for completely separate preparation.
